I started a keto diet a couple of months ago and completely cut out sodas. After trying several water flavorings, I found this orange Sqwincher mix. I love the tase and convenience. It is sugar free, low sodium, and mixes easily with water. It is comparable to Gatorade Zero and provides electrolytes at a much cheaper price. My only complaint is that I have ordered this twice and, in both cases, have had about 1 out of every 8 packets unusable due to moisture getting to the powder and turning it into a solid chunk inside the packet. Would have gotten 5 starts otherwise.
