Love this grip on dust
Working properly on dust terrain, haven’t try it on mud, but certainly will go perfect

Light, light, light!
The tire is second only to Schwalbe's Thunder Burt in terms of weight, but is significantly cheaper. So I run the Burts in the back and the King in the front.

Nice, difficult to get an aligned seat, use soapy water & take them to 41psi if warbly on the rim
Seems like a decent tire the Trail King 29er, couldn't afford another Mountain King this time around. Good tread for front, real nightmare to mount this tire. It is a nice tire but, took me over 4 hours of constant work, the tire would seal nicely but appeared deformed, re-seated many many times, at length I used soapy water on the rim and inflated to 41 psi, after a few more tries eventually the tire sorted out. Pumping up a MTB tire 20 times in one night is a bit much. If I had thought to use soapy water firstly... My Maxxis Aggressor was one & done, same rim no issues whatsoever with mounting or seating. The Continental has excellent seal and looks really good on the bike. The writing on the tire is all silver. It came cable tied which might have contributed to the difficulty mounting the tire though I gave it 2 days open and never had this sort of tire mounting issue before with a modern MTB tire so, gotta tell ya that was a disappointment. Really a wonderful thing though, new rubber. if I were a bike pro mechanic I would have gotten it right the first time. I used 100ml of sealant, we will see how it does. WTB which doesn't run well through thin injectors.

Repeat Buyer
I like these tires a lot. I've put them on my kids bikes and have just gotten them for my own. We ride real trails in the Colorado Rockies and these hold up and work well. They have a great blend between aggressive knobs and smooth/low rolling resistance. The side walls are pretty tough as well.

Great tire
Great tire at a great price, holds the dirt well and gives the necessary added control on an up and down cross country course.

Like riding on the tire, it's the widest I can get on the bike
I like this tire and it replaced a narrow tire on the rear of my mountain bike that had a very flat profile and was somewhat narrow. I had an older version of this tire on the front so that's why I bought another for the back. I don't really ride assertive/fast but I can feel that I get a bit more traction and the tire being fatter than what I had I feel a get a slightly more cushioned ride. And even though it is on the back it does have a rounder profile than what was there and it seems that just maybe that helps with turning. Hard to tell about that because I did some other mods to the bike as the same time I installed this tire.It was a bit difficult to put on the rim. Not the hardest one I've ever put on but not the easiest either. So it goes, just meant I had to really concentrate on what I was doing and use the really big plastic tire irons I have instead instead of the little puny ones I seem to always get in the package when I buy tubes. BTW, one one I bought was for a 26" rim.
