I use Fitness Pal to track my food, macros and micros, and this was the one that made me hit my daily fiber goal. Taste isn't bad, tastes like a pill. Serving size is 4, but they're small and easy to digest. Seem to work well and...solidifies.everything

Rating: 5/5 I’ve been using the Yerba Prima Daily Fiber Caps for a while now, and they are a very standard, reliable fiber supplement. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, and I haven’t had any issues with their effectiveness. The only thing to keep in mind is the serving size; you have to take quite a few capsules to get the recommended dose, which means you’ll burn through a bottle much faster than you might initially expect. Because of this, the bottle doesn't last as long as I would like, but the quality of the product itself is great. Despite the frequent need to restock, I’m happy with how well they work and plan to keep using them.

I've used for 2 years to help keep me regular while using a glp1. I do take 4-5 pills half hour before meals twice a day . Absolute value for the money
