If like me you don't want a large bin taking up space in the kitchen and being left till full before emptying causing unpleasant odours then this is the perfect alternative. Food prep waste and meal leftovers can be disposed of straight away (I use compostable caddy liners) and then removed straight to the outdoor wheelie bin after each meal. Perfect size!! It is unobtrusive, seals as the lid closes and very stable when opening and closing. Very reasonably priced. Very happy!!

Great, lightweight product. Perfect for food waste, not so big that it's an eyesore. Lid is easy to use but secure enough that the lid doesn't fly open easily. Easy to clean with just a wipe. Generally looks good, better than standard food waste bins.

Very good and does the job, bag slips, could do with a better design to hold bag up. Hence, very good for the price and with lid to keep odours away.

very lightweight. does the job perfectly. just the right size work your worktop. no smells from it when lid closed. very neat looking. capacity is about enought to put 1 normal sized loaf in.

This was for my mum as I already own one. I find that they are very durable and just the right size for my family of 2.

I wanted a dustbin which is not too small nor too big for the dustbin. It is perfect as it is sturdy and looks good as well. The seal/ lid is not very loose nor hard to open and easy to clean as every time i change the bin bag i spray a but of surface cleaner inside and wipe it with a kitchen towel. It has a carry handle which makes it easy to carry. Perfect according to what i was looking.

We bought this as it supposedly locks and we have an overly zealous cat when chicken bones go in the food waste. Suffice to say it’s not Oscar proof. As general food caddy it’s fine, just not robust enough for our needs 🐈‍⬛

I'm very pleased with this compost collector. I wanted to avoid the irony of causing more plastic to come into the world so that I could compost food waste so I was really happy to find a container made from recycled plastic. It blends in nicely on the kitchen counter and seals completely. Haven't had any issues with smells getting out or bugs getting in. The top swings completely out of the way on the back hinge and the opening is the perfect size to line up with the opening on my composter. All the edges are smooth and easy to clean. After I empty it, I often just hose it out in the yard and dump the extra water straight into the compost to keep it from drying out. Easy peasy.
