Very happy customer Review: Be prepared to return - Lovely item! However, they arrived in a battered box, one tree was bent and leaned to one side. Had to order another set and return the originals. When the new ones arrived they too were in a battered box with one wonky tree inside. I picked the best two out of the four and returned the wonky two.

Brilliant artificial trees

Poor packaging, lots of loose 'leaves' falling out. Hope product will be okay
The packaging was appalling, poorly packed and arrived falling to pieces. Although there were several 'leaves' loose in the box and many more green bits fell out of the 'branches' as we stood the pots up , we decided to keep the trees anyway as they were a good height and well proportioned. Hope we don't come to regret that!

Not worth the price
The product is not 4ft at all. It’s more 3ft tall. Not value for money aswell!! None the less, ok. Have to do what I’ve got, can’t be bothered to return the item and faff about.
