Why Choose Smart Ink 902XL?

Smart Ink offers wide compatibility with HP printers, delivering exceptional quality and high-yield printing—all with cost savings and 24/7 support.

Why should you avoid updating your printer’s firmware?

A firmware update is a software upgrade for your printer's system, designed to block non-original ink. We recommend avoiding any firmware updates to ensure uninterrupted printing performance. This is crucial for all compatible brands.

How can I contact the Customer Care Team if I need assistance?

After purchase, you can contact Customer Care via buyer-seller messages. We're available 24/7, including holidays, and respond within 3 minutes. Feel free to reach out if you need assistance!

What should I do if the 30-day return period is over?

If 30 days have passed, please contact our Customer Care via buyer-seller messages, and we'll assist you promptly.

Why is it important to clean the printhead before you start printing?

Because dried ink can clog the printhead, causing streaks or faded prints. That's why we highly recommend a quick cleaning to keep your prints vibrant and extend the life of your printer!
