This is a solid griddle for the price. I'm very happy with the quality. It cooks evenly, and it's easy to maintain.

I bought these four months ago. They are already losing its colour, and the scratch very easily. I make sure to be careful and use the proper utensils and I hand wash them. Still lost its colour and lots of scratches. Also half the handle heats up with the pot so you have to be careful where you grab. Same with the lids too. The only nice thing about them are that they are easy to clean. I bought this set because of the comments were so positive. Just be careful. They are not worth the money.. I wish I could return them.. New info! I contacted the company and they were great about it and sent me new ones. They were fast to respond, understanding and sent them fast! Hopefully these ones are better 😊

Heats up quite evenly on gas stove. Surface is very slick and is perfect for eggs, pancakes, veggies and fish with zero sticking. The slightly raised edges are convenient for flipping and stirring.
