The metal bars doesn't even fit. They are shorter by about 1/2 to an inch. They keep falling off as we place or take out shoes we've stored there. Someone cut the metal bars too short.

Easy to put together (put some effort into turning the screws!) but the bars don’t all stay in slots without moving no matter how hard you tighten. A little loose but still functional.

Great product. Somewhat difficult to assemble but like the look.

I love that these went together so easily (my 5-year old granddaughter helped). They have made my closet more organized. I looked at several shoe organizers before ordering these. The solid shelf allows room for storing other items as well

Although this a very cute & sturdy bench I'm a little disappointed that the metal poles for the shoe are too short & won't stay in the holes built for it. I'm trying to glue the poles in the holes with glue that expands so that they will possibly stay in.

Wish the bench was taller and the seat wider. It only fits shoes like flats or flip flops. It doesn't seem like it would withstand a person 150+ pounds sitting on it. I set baskets on it to collect hats, gloves, and scarfs though...works well for that.

The assemble is a bit challenge since tubes come out easily. Overall, it's a neat and nice looking bench fitting perfectly to my doorway. In addition, it seems sturdy.

Quality is great and little akward putting together the metal bars, but once we got it, it was great! Very happy with the product!
