Extra batteries and screwdriver
I needed a simple tool for some DIY measurements and this digital caliper is an incredible deal. What really sold me is that the tips are plastic, which is exactly what I was looking for to measure electrical components safely without the risk of shorting anything out. Itโs also very convenient to use the digital display turns on automatically as soon as you slide it open, and the slide itself stays firmly in place once you set your measurement. Itโs surprisingly accurate and the large LCD screen is very easy to read. I was also impressed that it came ready to go with extra batteries and a small screwdriver. Switching between inches and millimeters is seamless and the build quality is solid for household use. If you need a safe, smart, and budget friendly tool for electronics this is a must have. It feels a bit lightweight and plasticky, but for a budget tool, itโs honestly more than good enough for home use and DIY projects.

These are a good product but easy to loose.
I bought my second one of these because I lost my first one somewhere in my house . At just a few dollars I finally gave up and ordered a second one. So far can still find it. But it's very handy and I really missed it, so that's that.

Decent Budget Caliper That Gets the Job Done
Iโd give this Sangabery digital caliper 4 stars. For basic household and DIY measuring, it does what itโs supposed to do: the large LCD is easy to read, switching between inches and millimeters is simple, and itโs accurate enough for non-professional work. Itโs handy for checking inside and outside dimensions and depth without dragging out more expensive tools. My only real complaint is the build qualityโthe plastic body and overall feel are clearly โbudget,โ and it doesnโt have the solid heft of a higher-end metal caliper. That said, for the price, itโs a perfectly serviceable measuring tool if you just need something affordable for casual and DIY use.

Good for low resolution measuring. Read the review for detailed test results.
Good value. I bought 2. They are consistent with each other and tested accurate at various ranges. Each one came with one battery already installed, and a pack of 2 spares. Comments: Strangely, the battery department requires a Phillips head screw driver. It is included. Be very careful not to lose these extremely tiny screws. Hint: Before using - always push the slide closed, take your finger off the slide, and then press the ZERO button to calibrate the readout. Hint: These are made from carbon fiber infused plastic. They are very sturdy, but they can flex. When measuring, do not use too much force or you can alter the reading. Hint: When the calibers are totally closed at 0.00, note the gap at the top of the measuring faces. They touch on the lower 3/4ths of the faces. When measuring, be sure to use the lower part. If you measure in the upper gap, you'll be off by about .04". ********** Accuracy testing: There is nothing more in this review except for technical details of the accuracy tests. Don't bother reading unless you are into this sort of thing. The accuracy tests had excellent results. The precision is supposed to be .01". I found they were about 10 times that accurate at about .001. That's as far as I can test with a readout that only goes to 2 decimal places. I used a set of Grade A2 precision gauge blocks to test. They are factory certified to be within 0.0002". For the .01 resolution of these calibers, these gauge blocks are WAY overkill. But I have them sitting here, so ... See the attached photos for measurement examples. Most of the measurements photographed were taken with the blocks left in the case, so the measurement shown in the case below them match the block used On a couple, I had to reposition. On these you can see the empty slot to the right under the caliber and read the measurement there. Sorry for the focus, I was hand-holding the phone. To make the numbers show, I was also hand-holding a flashlight. Most turned out OK, but at least one turned out pretty fuzzy. All measurements were done holding them properly with any multiple block wrung together. Only the photographed ones were done a bit sloppy. Luckily, at a resolution of .01, they could be sloppy and still be accurate. Very different from my normal measuring. To test for accuracy, test what a known item measures. Then, also test to see at what point a number rounds up. Then do these tests a various places along the slide. I tested 4", 2": 1" and .05". Then I tested to see where it rounds down/up. .105 measured as .10" .106 measured as .11" So, the rounding happened at precisely halfway between .10 and ,11. Perfect. Way better than the specs. Within .001 for a stated resolution of .01. Very good. In another set of tests (not photographed), I took the 4,2, and1" blocks and tested each with the addition of the .105, .106 blocks. They all rounded at the same place.

100% useful
I use this A LOT. it has mm to in and back on a button click is very accurate, switched itself off and has helped on countless nut bolt and dimension questions. Buy it.

Functional but Fails on Precision and Surface Care
This Digital Caliper is a strictly middle-of-the-road tool. It serves its primary purpose of providing quick digital measurements, but it falls short in a few critical areas that prevent it from being a shop essential. Starting with the positives, the large LCD screen is a standout feature. It is clear, easy to read at a glance, and the auto-off function works reliably to save battery life. In terms of value for money, the price point is accessible for hobbyists who need a casual measuring tool for non-critical tasks. It is lightweight and fits comfortably in the hand, making it easy to maneuver during light projects. However, the build quality leaves much to be desired. While the material is adequate for light-duty work, it feels flimsy compared to higher-end mechanical calipers. The biggest issue, and the reason for my rating, is the design of the jaws. The tips and the interior edges are surprisingly sharp; I have noticed that they frequently leave small scratches or indentation marks on softer materials like wood, rubber or finished aluminum. This makes it a liability for any project where surface finish is important. You have to be incredibly careful with the pressure you apply, which defeats the purpose of having a quick, convenient tool. Furthermore, the fit and finish of the sliding mechanism isn't perfectly smooth. It has a tendency to catch slightly, which can affect the consistency of your readings if you aren't paying close attention. Itโs a functional device for basic hobby work, but if you are looking for precision or need to protect the finish of your workpieces, this caliper likely wonโt be the right fit for your toolbox. It is "okay," but certainly nothing special.

Very accurate compared to calibrated tool
Cheap accurate light weight tool. Will it hold up to regular daily use???? No. But you aren't paying $130 for this. How's it compare to my works $130 calibrated one that's metal and reads to .000". Pretty close! I measured .805" on the $130 metal one at work and this displayed .80. So for occasional use around the garage this will give you a very close idea to .00". Being so light weight if used regularly I'd recheck it regularly against something you know the exact size of. I don't need exact....out of the box it reads extremely exact. For $7 my initial option is it's well worth the $7. BTW I have good eye site but still appreciate the big display. Works $130 has a smaller display that's still readable but not as easy to see from a distance as this. This is not professional grade by any means but nice for the cost.

Good
same product as i was expecting .

Accurate and cheap.
The caliper does its job. Althought this may not be the best caliper on the market, it is more than sufficient for the typical hobbyist/3D modeler. The only problem that I have had whilst using this caliper would be that the mechanism tends to become slightly stiff if not stored in a dust-free environment.

Great little product
Very accurate, very lightweight, great for what I need it for - mostly household and random works with my cars and bikes.

Waste of Money
No point in buying this even if they were selling for rs10/- as it will not serve your purpose of buying..you may literally think of throwing it in dustbin had you not paid rs300/- + for this useless product.
