It was easy to install. So far, no issues, and the quality seems good. It has adhered and fits as intended. It came in a 2-pack, so it's a better value than most. The clarity is perfect; it looks just like the original screen. Overall decent protection.

This came with everything you need to install flawlessly. It was a simple process, and didn't take long to place. The dust removal stickers are particularly useful. My phone has no issues with sensitivity and use. I was using a Lifeproof case that had a built in plastic type protector that made my phone difficult to use, and switching to these screen protectors has made a world of difference. I will buy again if I manage to break this screen protector. UPDATE: I broke my screen protectors and had to order more. I went straight for reodering these because I was so happy with them. The breakage happened due to my own handling of the phone. They will pop off if you drop your phone, and dust gets into the space between the screen and the protector. Even with dropping my phone and the protector popping off, they STILL DID NOT CRACK. Super sturdy and worth the purchase.

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the other reviews but I am very glad I did not let someone else's not so good experience sway my decision to buy these. Pros: First of all, I LOVE the aligning tool! ALL screen protectors should come with one! I didn't use the sticky part to hold the phone down because I wanted to be able to use it again in the future if I ever need to apply the second protector in case I damage this one so I just used it to hold onto while I cleaned the screen so I didn't leave any residue or fingerprints. The aligning tool, if used properly, makes the installation SO EASY! I have been using "peel and stick" films for about 8 years (because I HATE, with a passion, the wet application ones) and this one was by far the easiest to put on. I can't tell you how many peel and stick films I have applied to our household of phones. I reapply a new one to each of our phones about once a year and I have basically mastered the skill of getting them on with zero bubbles and dust and being nearly perfectly aligned without any aligning stickers, etc. This tool was SO NICE to have so I didn't have to spend much time worrying about alignment. The directions are SUPER clear and I kind of laughed about those who were complaining about them. It doesn't get much clearer than this! If you can't understand them, you might need to go have a "professional" install your screen protectors. Which, I had done ONCE 8 years ago with my very first smartphone and well, they didn't give a flip about getting it on without dust or bubbles or even aligned right and that was the last time I ever had anyone do it for me. If you're like me and very picky about no bubbles and no dust, to have it done right......just do it yourself. I had zero issues with the application and I did it exactly the way they instructional video said to. I did have a tiny bit of bubbles at the very bottom when I pulled the top layer of film off, but I just took a piece of tape and re-lifted the bottom of the protector and used the scraping tool to reapply and pushed 2 tiny little bubbles out with my nail until they were gone. Pro tip: I have used my fingernails to gently push along the protector to remove bubbles in almost every screen protector I have put on and that worked way better than any tool. If you don't have fingernails, you might never get all the tiny bubbles out. The sides of the protector have NO issues laying down on the curved screen of my S9. They barely needed any help. I like the feel of this protector. My phones glass is very smooth and my finger would glide effortlessly across it to swipe. This protector is not as smooth as the glass under it, but it is smooth enough that I am happy with it and I actually like that it isn't as smooth as the glass. The original glass was just a bit too slippery for my liking so this protector has just enough "grip" if you want to even call it that. I tried a wet application protector prior to this and it was awful! Made my screen feel sticky and the visibility was terrible. All the peel and stick films that I have ever used have always been nice and smooth and clear. Truly is "edge to edge" coverage! I mean, there is absolutely no screen left uncovered on the left and right sides! Didn't even lift away when I put my case back on. However, bottom and corners are somewhat exposed. My case takes care of the bottom exposure but I do see space between the corners of my case and the protector. Not a deal breaker but I do wish the corners had 100% coverage like the left and right edges. Cons: I was a bit disappointed that the kit didn't come with the "wet and dry" packets of wipes that I have received in every kit I've ever bought, up until now. Luckily, I had a couple from another kit that I could use but just having a microfiber cloth and a dust sticker doesn't cut it for me. Only 1 dust sticker? Kind of disappointing when you have 2 screen protectors. I buy kits of multiple protectors so that I can have extra protectors for later. Some buy them to apply to multiple phones at once so it may not be as big of a deal if you are doing that. For me, I like to have more than 1 so that I can apply a new protector later when this one gets scratched, worn, etc. Again, luckily I have a couple of extra dust absorber sticker sheets from previous kits. Not everyone does though. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase and would definitely consider buying these again in the future as long as they hold up nicely. For the price, I am quite impressed. I've only had the protector on for 24 hours so I will update the review for quality at a later time. UPDATE: 6/19/2020 Over 1 year later and this protector is STILL holding strong! It hasn't lifted, torn, or been harmed in anyway that would cause me to want to replace it yet. Yes, there are tiny little micro-scratches on it from it doing it's job and protecting my screen, but it is not in any way hurting my visibility at all. Also, just so it's known......I have used 70% alcohol sanitizer on my phone and this screen protector almost daily since the C-19 flare up and it hasn't phased the protector one bit! Taking this protector up from 4 stars to 5!

This is the 3rd time I've bought a tempered glass protector from this company, first was for my galaxy S5, then a LG K20 V, and now for my new galaxy S9. I have to say this company has been great, their screen protectors are wonderful and durable, and the customer service was amazing as well. I have dropped my old cell, the K20 V, numerous times and not even a scratch on the screen. I had to contact the customer service over a slight annoyance in my review on the K20 V cause of a mix-up in the titling of the amazon sale labeled both types as full screen coverage when one did full screen and the other, the one I got, just covered the display screen leaving a gap around it. This gap kept collecting some dust and dirt but otherwise just was a visual issue. When I reached out to them about it I was immediately talked to and after a few minutes of actual discussion we noticed the issue with the sales listing and they sent me a single pack of the full screen one free of charge. As I was not actually bothered by the mix-up and had the display only size one on there I kept the full screen one in my desk and didn't use it till about a year later when I pulled the old case off to replace the case and decided to use the new screen protector while I was at it. Not hardly any visual scratches or cracks on it. This company has well earned my business and will continue to buy their screen protectors for all future phones as long as they stay as great as they are. As for the S9 one in particular I'm very pleased with the Easy Installation Tray that came with it, a very nice simple plastic cover piece that made lining it up and keeping it still as I adhered it to the phone perfectly. 0 bubbles, nothing to try and redo, and affixed perfectly. If there was any defect at all I can't see it with the human eye. Maybe could have a tiny bit more width to get to the sides and fit even better with the Otterbox case I have with it so I don't have the fingernail width gap lol yes that's how tiny it is and I can't find anything else as any sort of suggestion, that's how great this is.

A must buy. These come with an installation guide that is a game changer. You snap on the guide, drop in the glass, and it installs perfectly centered with no bubbles. I previously had a flexible screen protector, like thick Saran wrap, but when I dropped my phone the screen still got huge cracks. These glass protectors installed right over the cracked screen and I can now barely see the cracks underneath, saving me the $200 cost of a replacement screen. I'm glad it's a two pack because I dropped my phone 2 days after the first install. The glass screen protector cracked but the phone screen underneath didn't get any worse. I installed the back up protector and so far everything is great. I'll buy these for every phone I get from now on, even for the tough phone I plan to get.

The pros: easy to install, easy to remove (no residue) The cons: simply does not hold up to my environment as a career carpenter, outdoorsman, and DIYer. Many cracks within a week from low drops, tools lightly banging against my phone, and pressing against solid object while in my pocket (leaning up against something or sitting on phone while in back pocket). I've had my phone for 4 years now.. no cracks and hardly any scratches. 2 weeks with this cover had 5 or 6 significant cracks, and none of the incidents were out of the ordinary from what I've previously put it through. Also will decrease the response of your touchscreen. For me, it was prohibitive, but I have thick fingerpads (not joking.. manual labor, rock climbing, and guitar will do it to ya) Its just not made for taking abuse, but it is cheap, easy to install/remove, and would be great for light use.

Great quality, easy to use and install. It has everything you need for a successful installation. This is the second time I've purchased this item.

** see original 5 star review below. After having this on my phone for a couple of days I can see that screen sensitivity is greatly effected. I have been so frustrated because it takes a strong touch so I am constantly having to correct my text entry and when I am trying to open an app or click on something it is frustrating to sometimes click 3 or 4 times. Another big issue is the smudges on the screen are crazy bad to the point that I can't see the screen when I'm using GPS because of the glare. This may sound like I just need to wash my hands or my screen (I actually am constantly sanitizing my hands) but this wasn't a problem with the original glass phone screen before I put the screen protector on.... ****second update: the screen protector has cracked many times since purchased - I had planned to take it off because of the screen sensitivity issue and the glare but having gotten around to finding a replacement and I thought I should add to this review as I've only had it on for about 3 months and there are a multitude of hairline cracks and I am not even careless or drop my phone often..... ORIGINAL REVIEW I am so darn impressed by this screen protector. I had ordered one a while back but I kept putting off installing it until literally I dropped my phone and broke the screen. After I got the screen replaced I rushed home to put the screen protector on but I had ordered the wrong size. It was way past the return window so I just sucked it up since it was my error. I was impressed by the product and instructions so I ordered the correct size his time and it was even better because they added a foolproof plastic guide... can't say enough about how much I recommend. Of course I will update my review if I run into issues but seems like an awesome product so far. I do notice that my touchscreen is slightly less sensitive but hopefully I'll adapt.
