Ostrich Eggshells are ideal for many types of egg arts & crafts such as: etching, carving, painting, Fabergé decorating, pysanky, etc. These are genuine whole Ostrich eggshells. Each egg has been blown out and cleaned. Great for carving, decorating or painting. Since these are real eggshells there will be natural color, size, and texture variations. Ostrich eggshells have two layers: the inner layer is white and the outer layer is a pearly white dimpled layer. Each one is unique and genuinely beautiful. All of our eggshells are blown, cleaned, sanitized, and ready for display or further decorating. No polish is used on the exterior. Each egg is individually wrapped to protect it during shipping. Ostrich Eggshells are naturally a light yellow color with a dimpled outer layer. However, colors may vary from slightly off white to creamy yellow and some will be more heavily dimpled than others.
