Best Multivitamin
I love that these vitamins are affordable and third party tested. I have more energy after taking them. The vitamin b does turn my pee a funny color (fair warning). This was much easier than taking my vitamins individually. My sleep quality is better (as long as I take them in the morning - because of the vitamin b). I do not find that they have a taste. I have not noticed any stomach issues (I have a stronger stomach than most - but have taken it with and without food without any issues).

These multi vitamins are some of the best I’ve ever used. Not megadoses which is a good thing and it includes minerals which is a plus.

This brand was recommended to us from a chiropractor friend. My husband and I are 2+ years in and I work with kids. I am rarely sick and when I am, I recover faster. Our bodies seem to absorb the nutrients well.

Great Product, But Watch Out for Ingredients You Need to Be Aware Of!
The web says "no soy," but the label on the bottom clearly says "contains soy." Also, sugar is added to this product. Apparently, you all are unaware that maltodextrin and dextrose are actually sugar with covert names: I know this because I teach weight control. I'm shocked the Integrative Therapeutics would contain these ingredients. The soy is an added fat, and of course the sugar derivatives mentioned above assimilate in the body just like sugar because they ARE forms of sugar. Integrative Therapeutics, however, is a great name, and to be fair, the small amount of soy and sugar mentioned here are probably far outweighed by IT's quality; most importantly for me, these are capsules that readily melt in the body unlike hard tablets that can even be dangerous. - BEST OF ALL -- NO UPSET STOMACH WHEN I DIVIDE THE DOSES -- ONE IN THE MORNING W/BREAKFAST AND ONE AT DINNER. PROBLEM SOLVED....

Great price.
Very effective. I don’t have to take a bunch of other vitamins now that I’m taking these. Kind of sticky if you have a dry mouth before taking them. They have not upset my stomach, which has been my issue with every other multi I've tried. You also can’t beat the price.
