Fast printer
Came fast. It’s a fast printer and works great for small office.

Printer defective out of the box, HP warranty void
Printer complained of a paper jam right out of the box- (before paper was even loaded!), so I called Techrama. Techrama told me to call HP. I did, HP says the warranty is out, so I showed them my proof of purchase. HP did not care. This stock sat on Techrama's shelf long enough to invalidate its warranty. Now I'm trying to get Techrama to RMA this piece. Not a happy customer.

Company send defective equpiment no refund
Disliked fact that printer didn't work. We were advised to return it as defective and did so. Company charged us entire cost of printer as "restocking fee" $599!!!!!

Overall Quality of HP printers precipitiously going downhill .... not at all like they used to be
Cheaply poorly constructed.. kept breaking and not working...... HP laser printers NOT at all the quality they used to be - cheaply , poorly constructed

DOES NOT AUTO DUPLEX
I ordered this printer because it was supposed to auto duplex and it DOES NOT. It is being returned because I need to have the auto duplex.

No support from HP
Wasted most of a day trying to get the printer working. Have had numerous HP printers in the past but this is a cheap, unsupported printer
