Working great with acid reflux.
Love these pills. My husband has acid reflux and has taken medication for years that didn’t help him. Since he started taking two of these every night he hasn’t had a single problem. It has curbed his appetite also and we didn’t know it would do that.

Great product for those suffering with GERD.
My wife takes this along with a number of other products in lieu of prilosec. Since she was diagnosed with Barret's esophagus she has been having endoscopies every couple of years. At each scope it was shown that she was having a little more erosion in her esophagus. The prilosec is contraindicated as a long term medicine, especially if there is a family history of alzheimers (as there is in her family). Since she stopped taking the prilosec, 4 years ago, her last two endoscopies have come back clean and even showed some healing over old scarred areas. Fennel is just one of 6 supplements she takes to manage a condition that saw her mother die of Barret's at only 66.

Good way to take fennel if you don’t like fennel
I heard fennel is a homeopathic remedy for pain and inflammation, but hate the taste of it. I’m trying these supplements as a way to take fennel without tasting it. The capsules do taste a bit like fennel, but only momentarily on the way down. I can’t yet comment on the effectiveness of these capsules on pain, but in my limited experience they seem to be helping so far.

Great for reducing night sweat
I have been taking Fennel for about 2 months now and I have noticed a tremendous change in night sweat has been non existence due to menopause and hot flashes. It also helps with my digestion of food. I highly recommend this product.

Almost a yummy taste
A very slight taste of fennel, not enough to make your breath resemble a bovine. I use this along with a handful of other stinky stuff to help control IBS. It does help so I’m glad I found the correct combo for me.
