What is the "natural flavor" in the ingredients? I need to make sure its not dairy related or onion or garlic.

There is no onion or garlic flavoring, and I'm pretty sure there is no dairy. (OK, I'm sure, but I'm covering myself because I know about allergies.) Check the Savory Choice website, which lists all the ingredients, and which also allows you to buy this truly excellent product at a fraction of Amazon's price.

Is this the same brand Hello Fresh uses in their meal kit recipes?

I can’t not fully say 100% but I believe it is. I’ve used Hello Fresh and this broth and they look identical, including the packaging. You probably contact Hello fresh and ask them to be sure.

The description and label do not match...how many ounces and servings does this yield?

Each "stick" or sleeve of broth concentrate is added to 1 cup of water -this would give you 8 ounces of broth. It is very good; I prefer it to regular broth (containing onion and garlic).
