Does it really block all the light?

The contoured edge is designed to seal against your brow and the bridge of your nose, which is where a flat mask leaks. Fit varies with face shape, so tighten the strap a little if you can still see light at the sides.

Will it flatten my lashes or smudge my eye creat?

No. The cups are domed, so there is a gap in front of your eyes and nothing presses on your lids or lashes. It is a good choice after lash extensions for the same reason.

Can I sleep on my side?

Yes. The padding sits on your brow and cheekbones rather than your eyes, so it stays put when you turn over and does not press the cups into your face.

Hand wash in cool water with a little mild detergent, press out the excess and let it air dry in shape. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron the moulded cups.

Yes — the elasticated strap has a slider, so it adjusts to fit most adult head sizes without digging in or catching your hair.
