This is the 3rd best spincaster I've used in 30 years of fishing. Better quality than my second, though, overall. You won't get a better one for the price. Casts very smooth, very good distance with the right lures/ weight, and the build quality is great. A little heavy, but you can tell it's solid and will last. Very happy with this spincaster at this price, I'd pay more 😆

Awesome quality. Simple and easy! More fishing less fixing lines! Love those simple Zebco 33 closed face reels! They just fish and work too good! Son loves it!

Only used a few times. Seems to work good so far. Cast good. Reels good. Like the double pickup. May want to put smaller line on it depending on what your are fishing for.

So much better than my more expensive Zebco. Fast and smooth retrieve, easy casting and drag is easy to change and maintain. Even the line on the spool seemed fresh with no tangling issues.

This reel performed exceptionally well on our 5 day fishing trip and it landed numerous Bass and even a surprise Northern Pike. It feels well constructed and the bearings make it super smooth, my favorite feature is the reversible handle..

This is a great reel. I have no trouble with bird nest on my line. It’s absolutely reliable. And for those of us who have troubles with spin cast reels, it’s wonderful for no birds, nests or angles

I own two premium baitcasters and a dozen spinning rods. I originally purchased this combo for my 13-year-old son who just started fishing, but I ended up claiming it for myself because I love using it so much. Unlike a standard Zebco 33, this reel is rugged, smooth, and reliable. I really like the durability of the metal casing. The only minor issue I had was the factory-spooled line—it is not terrible, but it is definitely worth replacing with your preferred brand. Overall, I find myself reaching for this rod more and more. It is a fantastic setup, especially for bass fishing.

One of the best casting reels for the money available. Kast king is a great name for a great product. Way better than Zebco or other brands that build cheap reels.
