Bingfu DAB FM Antenna 7-Section Telescopic F Male for Stereo Receiver

So my father had a 10 year old Bose stereo that had seen better days. He patched it up however the FM radio reception was poor. . I bought this and within a few minutes he was listening to crystal clear FM reception.The product itself is good quality, extends easily but with enough resistance to suggest it will last. There are a number of different connectors/adapters which should cover most people’s devices but check the pictures before you order. The price was good and delivery was next day. All in all a good buy. Would recommend.

How necessary and effective this aerial is will depend entirely on where you live and the problem you want to solve.I live in a strong DAB area but always prefer to listen on FM. Trouble is, this has to come from the distant Wrotham transmitter - Oxford is closer but the Chilterns are in the way - so the signal needs all the help it can get. I fitted the aerial to my home-office Ruark R2i, whose standard aerial extends to barely 60cm.The improvement is noticeable. I can now enjoy Radio 3 on FM whenever I like, rather than just when the atmospheric conditions are helpful. I still have to put the R2i into mono mode - but stereo from speakers 21cm apart is really only wishful thinking anyway, so that's no great loss. The strong DAB signal is still there if I want something that's not broadcast on FM.Incidentally, I also tried the Bingfu FM dipole aerial, hoping the 3m cable and the wider choice of aerial position would get me a stronger signal, but it didn't. So I suggest that if a full-fat rooftop FM aerial isn't practical or economic, this one is about as good as an indoor aerial can get. It's a bit expensive for what's really a very basic item, but the radio cost a lot more and it's not much use without a decent signal.

Great little aerial! Tunes to stations perfectly. Can now dispense with previous aerial which was just too fiddly and not a great tuner!!

There was a clear improvement in quality of FM reception and easy to join parts together to get the fitting required for your system - in my case the 3.5 mm jack. Reception is very poor in the room I have the unit, due to local conditions and the steels in the wall, but I can now receive most stations clearly.However the angle joint is weaker than I would like and aerial will not stay vertical - I have to slightly angle it to rest on a wall. Not enough of a problem to return the unit, but not ideal.

Blooming magic. Fitted to Teac unit and for first time in 10 or more years of owning the receiver I can now get crystal clear DAB - it took 10 seconds to screw 5he antenna on, only extend it by a few inches and it picked up loads of Digital signals clear as a bell. A very happy customer.

Easy to install on the back of a Panasonic. Needs to be tightened properly or it has a tendency to fall sideways. However, once installed the antenna works very well; receives loads of stations and produces really high quality sound! Be aware that at its full extension it's well over a metre! I don't have it fully extended, as I haven't found it necessary.

Very good reception although doesn’t seem to hold it’s position on when adjusted to a low sideways angle ( tends to fall downwards ).

Moved my demon system absolutely no radio reception whatsoever. Plugged in my new aerial and wow! Crystal clear didn’t even need to move it. Fabulous!

I wanted to reduce cables coming out from the back of my TV. Using the PAL adapter provided, it worked extremely well as a hidden Digital TV antenna behind the TV.

antenna classica ma molto efficiente, arriva dentro un sacchetto, pratico da aprire con all'interno 3 adattatori in modo da ricoprire tutti i diversi modi di connessione. Ha una stile anni 90 però vi posso assicurare che funziona molto bene, allungabile con ben 7 sezioni, supera allungata il metro, mentre chiusa è lunga circa 20 cm. Buona stabilita anche allungata al massimo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e non è amplificata, ma poco importa visto il prezzo economico. Infine consiglio l'acquisto per sostituire una vecchia antenna oppure per sostituire quella data in dotazione che praticamente ormai da qualche tempo è semplicemente un filo di rame, ma non consiglio per chi cerca qualcosa per rimediare alla scarsa copertura fm o dab+ proprio perché non è amplificata.

De bonne facture, branché sur un ampli Yahama qui ne captait pas la radio et à peine avec un simple fil d'antenne. Avec cette grande antenne, il y a désormais une très bonne réception. Testé aussi sur une mini chaine Sony, même résultat très satisfaisant.
