Is this truly retractable, or do you have to roll it up?

It is retractable. I have a 1 year old I bought this to use for and I absolutely love this thing!

Is there a way to order more spacers?

Hi, how do I reach someone in customer service? I’m trying to install the gate, and it’s locked even when the button is turned to unlock. I can’t use

I dunno about customer service. Have u tried to pull the button up? Cuz I know if u push it down it goes to lock

Is there a way to increase tension on retraction? The last two gates I have received are very slow to retract and end up just flipping over.

Not that I can find the two I have do the same thing. Would not purchase again
