What are the strips for that came with my rings?

This question is now answered ACCURATELY in the product photos. The optional strips connect the grommets together if one wants to control the curve of the fabric between grommets. May help lighter weight material. May help curtain from dragging on blinds. Please install strips on the curtain side facing the window so they will be hidden from view. Again, the use of the strips are optional.
