These are very good covers to put over top of your seats. They are covers... and... they fit very well. I am very happy with the covers. You will need to remove the seats to really get them on and fit correct

We love these seat covers, they fit very well and they look like they are the upholstery of the seat instead of seat covers.

I have to say, I am VERY impressed by the quality of this product. I was very hesitant when I first ordered these seat covers. I have an nb1 Miata and wasn’t sure that they would fit properly. However, these were the cheapest leatherette seat covers I could find. My next best option was a $400 pair. All I really wanted out of the seat covers was a change of colour as my oem leather seats are in prime condition. Shipping was fast and I am more than happy with the reduction I received! The padding underneath will undoubtedly add comfort and support to my seats. The colouring looks just as pictured and I even received matching seatbelt covers which was a nice surprise! The directions are clear and the seats do provide a custom looking fit! I have not had time to fully install the covers, but I will update this review when I do. I am interested to see how well they handle wear and tear. In the photo above I have only installed the top half of the seat cover. That is why the bottom looks wonky.

First I removed the seat out of the car. Second I installed the covers over the cloth material and used hog rings to clamp the vinyl to the seat frame also make sure you purchase hog ring and tool from amazon. Third make sure the bottom covers match correctly with the left or right seat, mark and cut holes with a razor and install the seat frame bolts on the side of the seat. The seat tracks have to come off to install them correctly with hog rings. Fourth install the vinyl on the seat rest and allow them to sit in the sun for 15 min to stretch the vinyl to fit properly and then re-tighten the valcro to be very snug. The whole process took me three hours. I am a certified auto technician for over 20 years. They don't look perfect but they are great for seat covers. By the way, in the sun the seats get hot and they burn your a$$ so be careful and keep a beach towel handy in the trunk. LOL

First let me say the seller was quick to respond to an issue I had with delivery and made things right. Once installed and had a few days in the sun, I was able to stretch these over the factory seats to reduce wrinkles even further than what is seen in the picture. The seat covers themselves seem to be made well and thick enough that I think they will wear fine. Time will tell on their durability. As far as fit and finish, you almost wouldn't know they are seat covers. My step son and wife when they first sat down and look at them, didn't realize they were slip over. They thought I had replaced the seats with new seats. Super happy so far with my purchase. Hopefully they will wear well.

Fit is excellent. Look great. Very comfortable. Excellent solution for a long-owned, much loved car.Installation: Had no trouble except one of the seat hold-down bolts was frozen - not the fault of the seat covers obviously. Instructions referred to an online video which was helpful. Otherwise the written instructions were worthless. Fortunately, once the seats are out of the car and covers are unpacked, installation is practically self-explanatory. Had no problems other than aforementioned frozen bolt which I drilled out. Having read previous reviews, I had thought it might be advisable to have the covers professionally installed. Would have been money wasted. Not difficult at all to do. Seat bolts are easily accessible and with top down, seat removal is of course, easy.An unexpected benefit is that the smooth nature of the seat material makes getting in & out of the car much easier than with the original cloth seats.Even with the cost of shipment to Australia, an excellent and affordable solution to grungy old seats.

I'm very pleased with my Miata seat covers. I didn't have an impact tool, so had to get help at my local service shop to get one of the seat bolts to release. I don't know how you can put the bottom covers on correctly without removing the seats. With the seats removed and on a table, I was able to work with the covers, and install a poly fill in the areas that had a few wrinkles. My Miata had cloth seats that had a stain in them from a spill that I could not get out. These faux leather covers are a true upgrade in look and feel. I keep planning to sell my Miata, but every time I do something to prepare it for sale, it makes it harder to part with. These covers were a great buy.
