I added it to coffee and smoothies. It did not affect the taste of my chocolate properties smoothie at all. Not noticeable in my coffee either, but I do added oat milk or coconut milk and a pack of Stevia. I feel the health benefits with a bit more focus and lots of energy. It has become a part of my daily regime.

One of the best Mushroom combinations yet

It’s ok. Much more than a 1/2 t is needed for real benefits.

The taste was pretty strong at first. I started out only using 1/8 tsp in my morning black tea with collagen. But now that it's been about a month that I've been using it I can't taste it.

I've tried different brands and have even attempted making my own mushroom powder by drying and then putting them into my vitamix. And yet I can't get the powder fine enough to dissolve well. So I am thrilled to have come across this brand, very impressed with this one. The taste is fabulous and smooth, and it is ground so fine it dissolves into liquid easily. I make mushroom hot cocoa every morning as my breakfast meal and so this is a daily staple for me. I highly recommend!

I add this to my coffee and it dissolves well. It changes the taste a little but it is still good. I like the benefits it offers.

I got used to the Four Sigmatic brand, which costs a lot more. While I am not sure of the quality of this product, and it does taste more grainy/powdery then FourSigmatic, this one was nice to add to soups and foods. In coffee, it didn't dissolve as much, and possibly from the various other mushrooms added. This has 7 blends and so not all will dissolve the same I am sure, but it was a huge value. And I appreciate it and will buy it again.
