Absolutely awful stuff

We prepped and masked the wheel sprayed the paint and a very oily substance come out, we shook the cans properly all 3 cans were the same very oily substance come out which when the paint finally did come out it dispersed on the alloy and didn’t set, I am now going to have to pay for a full refurbishment as now one of the alloys paint work is ruined by this product
