LG 675 L Inverter Frost-Free Side-By-Side Refrigerator Appliance (GC-C247UGBM, Black)

Defective product delivered. No response from Amazon for replacement. Called to customer care and briefed on this. Got assurance to replace in next 48 hours and since then it’s 3rd day and pity nothing happened. Is this the customer care from AMAZON ???

Till date I did not get support from installation team and struggling without the fridge. Please help resolve it. I am tired of calling the customer care every day multiple times. Did not expect such an experience.

I purchased this refrigerator for 89000 from offline market (without small refrigerator free with this). The quality and space is good for 6-8 members. Cooling is good and noise is low. It has only 1 ice cube tray which is very small in this big freezer, we purchased ice cube box seperately from the market ,the glass door gets stained very fast by fingerprint when we open the doors and the doors look dirty because of it.The mini door although looked useful at first, doesn't come at much use.Overall it is a very good product.

In local market the prise is very low nearest 92000 from this price and also given a samller one fridge free with all lg refrigerator model but dont give

I have purchased this fridge for about 90,000 and was a good buy and it has great features like express freeze, temperature control and comes with 10 year warranty.
