Great item, but don't buy from HomePlumbing!
I ordered two of these, one from Amazon directly and the other from HomePlumbing. The one from Amazon came fast, was brand new as expected, and works well (though I've only used it for a few days so far). The unit from HomePlumbing missed its shipment date and was clearly used: it was scratched, covered in dog hair, and the parts were unpacked. Some parts were missing and several plastic parts were broken and unusable. In the process of returning the item, I found the package contained a return authorization form from a previous buyer, who returned the item due to damage. In other words, HomePlumbing never opened and inspected the returned package, it simply turned around and sold it to me, even though they knew the item was damaged. How incredibly unprofessional! In short, these units are great and really helped me create space in a small, cramped bathroom, but buy your unit from somewhere other than HomePlumbing.

Discontinued but works great
Discontinued as per Geberit as of Jan 2015 by model 111.012.00.1. I wish I had known, but the unit is exactly what I needed. Low profile and works well. I used a Toto YT800 push button plate (also bought on Amazon) which was much cheaper than Geberit flush plates. See my review there for how to connect the two units.http://www.geberitnorthamerica.com/en_us/target_groups/enduser/products_enduser/toilets_2/concealed_systems_1/111_255_00_1.html
