Is it 100% cotton? Claims to be, and below is listed as cotton, poly, and rayon

The all black pair I bought were 100% cotton on the label. I think this is also why a reviewer said the black were larger in size than the grey, to allow for first time wash shrinking, as 100% cotton usually does. I have not washed them yet.
