Mizuno best running shoes
I love my new shoes! I only use Mizuno, when I run. Comfortable and lots of support. You don't feel like you even have shoes on. I have them in almost every color.

Light weight and fit my narrow foot well giving it the right support in the arch and heel.

Poor Quality Shoes
My daughter has had these shoes for a little less than a month and only wears them for a couple hours each day while practicing volleyball. The seams have torn completely apart from the sole on the left side of the shoe. I have never bought a pair of athletic shoes where the shoe has split open all the way down one side. These shoes are clearly defected.
