The vinyl decals look amazing, but be prepared to do some work to get them up. This job (including cutting all of the pieces apart) easily took us 6+ hours. It can be done by one person, but having two will make it easier. As others have stated, if your walls are low to moderately textured it will make it a bit more difficult for the vinyl to stick, but not impossible. If there is a lot of texture I think you may be disappointed in the ability for the vinyl to stick.My recommendations would be to:(1) Cut all of the pieces apart (some of the trees are adjoined, but can easily be cut apart without damaging the overall look),(2) Let the items lay flat for at least 24 hours before adding them to the walls.(3) Cuttings include separating the branches that are not connected to trees (you don't really notice it until you start putting up trees how easily you can move branches around),(4) In the very least position your trees on the walls with masking tape to get a rough idea of where you want them (we ended up changing several trees around once we started determine their layout).(5) Do your best to secure them to the wall the first time (although they'll slightly peel off and stick again...the contact won't be as successful).(6) Be patient...especially as you try to remove the front/lighter backing (that is actually attached to the non-stick vinyl side); we were surprised at how strongly that remained stuck to the surface. Patience is your friend in this process.Overall I would recommend this to a friend as the results are well worth the (sometimes rather laborious) effort. I have included photos of our son's nursery.

I installed these decals on one wall of my nursery. My walls are 101” tall above the baseboard, so I got the tallest size and trimmed the trunks at the base to fit. I also opted not to use a couple of the trees, deer, or snow.For installation, I followed the top reviewer’s (username Huckleberry Farms) suggested installation tips and also watched several videos on YouTube for how to attach decals like these. The written instructions that come with the decals are not super helpful. I was also attaching them to a wall that had only been painted about a week before and had no problems with it adhering. (Smooth wall with satin finish paint)This job is technically possible with one person but I would HIGHLY recommend doing it with a partner. It takes a lot of patience, care, and a lot of moving very slowly in order to not rip any of the pieces or pull the decals off the wall when removing the top layer.Overall I love the look of these! They look incredibly professional and are firmly adhered to the wall.

Time consuming to do a good job puting up, but not difficult if you follow the written and YouTube instructions. Love the final look. Definitely a good buy.

Loved it. Looked good. Not super difficult to apply. Some labeling of the peices would have helped us figure out what went where faster but even without it wasn't difficult to manage.

Take your time and cut them to smaller pieces so it's easier to handle. Use the birds to cover any mistakes!

This was so hard to work with, the vinyl was thin and so hard to peel from the backing that it was pulling it out of shape. Not pre-cut. Gave up and sent back
