It's worth the price
Second time purchasing,have tried banana and strawberry they have the best taste ever,it has helped me so much. Am having night shifts so it's so hard for me to wake up and eat during the day which resulted in me losing weight.Thanks to ENSURE PLUS ,have managed to gain my weight back in less a month and added some aswell. It's a must buy to those struggling to gain weight.Would recommended 💯

Good taste and keeps body happy
Good taste and my elderly mum likes the strawberry flavour. Pricey but is a good supplement for the aged just to boost energy and keep vital nutrients replenished in the body. Can act as a laxative for some people but the benefits outweigh I think., if you can manage it. Won't know until you try it but has worked well for mum.

Dietary supplement drink
Ensure Dietary supplement drinks. These can come in a variety of flavours. Some thoiugh, like vanilla and banana, are verry mucha matter of taste. Are supposed tro contain all the nutrients to help you keepa balance diet. i was advised, by a Dietician, that you would need to drink at least 6 of these to enable that. Thhe standard bottle is 200 mls, and the liquid has a thicker than water consistenc. I speak from experience when I say that it is quite hard to drink 6 of these in a day. however, all is not last. They produce a smaller bottle with the same nutriends but, of course, the fuid content is much thicker. In some parts of Scotland, these drinks can only prescribed free by Dieticians, where is other parts, GPs can prescribe it. It took me a long while to persuafe a dietician that a four stone weight drop might be something you want to prescribe these to help with. You can buy them without presscrription, but they are not cheap.
