5 stars for this "hammie habitat"! Its cute, durable, easy to put together (my 14 y/o did it for me) It can be split into two if you have more than one hamster. Hamsters are solitary animals so they shouldn't be together. I had a feisty little dwarf hamster that died because of some faulty bedding (R.I.P Buddy O.) I simply removed the panels that separated the hamsters and changed the look (more for my sake than anything) It can be designed almost any way that works best for you & your pet. WARNING: The stairs provided are hard, metal, big spaces in between and is very steep. This would hurt the paws of a small animal. Getting back to good things,there is NO way for my hamster to get out which keeps him very safe. The partitions only have enough room to put a leaf of spinach through. ATTENTION: If you look at my pics you will see...There is no bottom included! A lot of people may not know what to do for that. Towels and blankets can get smelly and need to be washed all the time..more work? No thanks lol. Im a resourceful person so I try to upcycle as much as I can. If you are an Amazon grocery shopper you're in luck. If not you can still work with this for cheap or FREE!Supplies needed are in the last pic. The prime bags should be cut open to lay flat, the padding you see comes from frozen or cold grocery items w amazon. It is perforated and can be customized for the job. I got everything else from around the house. Make the bags as big as you can bu cutting technique. Tape the bags together (no measuring needed just eye it cause it should go over a bit) Its cold on the floor so a small blanket under the padding, which goes underneath the paper, your pet will be warm, and the smell is pretty much undetectable. The blanket never gets dirty and you can change out the paper (and any dirty padding cause some will still be untouched & still clean) The box is used as a cozy nest. No worries provide the bedding and they'll fill it themselves. My hamster Oliver loves his habitat but he's a little anxious so he prefers the comfort of the bin cage he had when he was younger. I cut an opening in the side of the bin so he could come and go as he pleases. It fit and had much more room to spare. (Bin setup in pics too) Lastly, The large brown structure you see in the pic is from an old carpet cleaner box. I cut holes in it and put double padding under with a little bedding inside. He gets on top of it, sleeps in it, and runs through it like a maze. Great price from Amazon and Free .99 for some of the maintenance is definitely worth it! Please Let me if this was helpful. I didn't comprehend how big it actually is. I ordered it as a makeshift cage for my bearded dragon for a weekend trip home. You could actually let a few beardies in here to play. It was easy to assemble, thanks to the mallet they send. You could even assemble it differently than pictured. It's sturdy enough even without the ties on that I could pick it up and move it without anything coming apart. I will say the plastic is more thin than I anticipated but still good quality.

I love the way this looks--clear and modern--and the 2 stories is really cute. I use this as a habitat for my rabbit, although she does free range as well. I like that this can be arranged different ways, but it is time consuming to take apart and reconfigure. I took away a star because I think it has a major design flaw: it really needs a door. I hope that in the future they will make a door and hinge attachment that you can add on where you need it. Another thing is, the material is quite flimsy..kind of like plastic folder material. My rabbit has destroyed a few of panels, and I am going to have to think about replacing them soon before she can escape altogether through the parts she's chewed. I would say I've had this for about 6 months, so that's decent for the price. I wish you could just buy extra replacement panels, rather than having to get a whole set. Overall, it's a really great home for pets, depending on what kind you have. I would guess it wouldn't keep bigger animals like dogs. It looks great, and i get compliments on it all the time when guests come over.

We purchased this to create a play area for our guinea pigs. I've used a similar system before for shelves. It's easy to assemble...even comes with a hammer. Of course, these aren't super sturdy, but its definitely enough to keep the guinea pigs in place.I placed a very large, thick piece of plastic under the cage and used this set as the walls and second floor. We then zip-tied (included) the walls to the cage, so all we have to do is open the door.The included wire ramps to lead to the 2nd level take up quite a bit of space (2 of them, both required to get height and each is as big as one of the wall pieces.) But this wasn't a problem as the guinea pigs love hanging out underneath the ramp. The wire does hurt their feet (guinea pigs don't do well on wire). We placed a pieces of thick cloth over it, and that did the trick. We also placed a piece of cloth over the entire upper level to help protect the plastic pieces a bit.We've been using the cage for a month now and find it great.

Our 2 guinea pigs don't get a long so we have had to separate them. My daughter saw this cage and we made it 2 that are connected. Our 2 guinea pigs can still see each other, which is fine because that is what they like only. It's like they are living together but not since there is a separation yet they can't get to each other to fight. We use velcro to hold up the water bottles and got the strawberry hay feeders that are also sold on Amazon. We put a tarp under this cage and doggie pee pads on top of tarp, then covered by fleece blankets. The cage sits on top. It works and they are happy!

I bought this for my ferret so she has a good sized place to run around, but as I was in a different room, she came running up to me! I then put her back into the playpen to figure out how she got out and she just climbs over the “walls”. I give it 3 stars because it’s a really good playpen! Just not for ferrets if you just buy this set. I’d reccomend buying more slides to make the “walls” taller!

I have 2 guineas it was easy to put together easy to clean packs away easily as I change or add more to their cage

Me gusto tanto que termine comprando un segundo igual, es super practico y el hecho de que sea modular y armable es una maravilla. El armado es super sencillo, al final termine haciendo mi propio diseño de casa. Lo cual es un pro, ya que puedes ensamblar sin complicaciones acorde al espacio que quieras asignar, sin obligarte a un espacio especifico.Sumamente recomendado.

I am pleasantly surprised with those, they are surprisingly sturdy and easy to assemble. I use them to keep my foster kittens contained and they work great! I made a massive enclosure for them and still have leftover panels.

Se puede armar muy rápido y fácil, si es necesario usar las cintillas para que quede más firme y seguro, no lo recomiendo como corral para animales muy grandes y fuertes, mi conejo lo podía desarmar, fue hasta que use las cintillas que fue de utilidad. Cumple con su propósito, sin embargo si pueden ver opciones más útiles mejor.

Es bueno, fácil de armar pero no lo recomiendo para hámster pequeños ya que pueden salir por los pequeños espacios que quedan por debajo. Para animales más grandes es perfecto.
