I have a wall Folding ironing board, not unlike the over the door in size. This is well padded, fits perfectly, has Velcro And elastic with metal clips additionally. This double form of keeping the cover well fitted and smooth is exactly what is needed. The color green is a nice heather green color so it does not jump out at you and keeps my laundry room looking slightly decorated by accent only. It was very easy to put on and believe me when it arrived and I saw that it has several parts...I was worried. I did not need to read any directions and the assembly was a 10 minute job. Put the thin screening on the board first then carefully place the cover, not allowing buckling and put the board in its upright position. You will see that you can pull the edging strings to have it couple against the board nicely. Then fasten the Velcro straps. I put the board back down to check the placement and tightened the Velcro to make the fit perfect. Then I put the board back upright and placed the metal/elastic clips. Theres two, so I placed one towards the bottom so it is tight where you stand your iron and the other I decided to place toward the top to make sure there is no movement when I do sleeves. The cover is well padded and it looks factory placed when you complete assembly. The thickness of the cotton looks very durable and heat resistant. I decided against any kind of aluminum-type coated Cover because I'm aware of the health worries of off gassing on heated aluminum resulting in brain health concerns. Is it wrong to love a new ironing board cover? Because I do love this beautiful blue SheeChung cover! Fit perfectly, very well padded & it has 2 different ways to effectively tighten the cover once is on. Tried it out yesterday ironing a bunch of shirts - works perfectly. The low price doesn't hint at the high quality. Highly recommend!

What I like: - The cover is a vibrant baby blue and the design is cute. - It fits onto my mini ironing board well - 12.5” x 30”. - The 4 fasteners help keep the cover on. - The cover, the mesh cloth, and the fasteners are good quality. What I don’t like: - The cover came wrinkled. I’ve tried ironing it out but some of the wrinkles are still there so hopefully they’ll eventually go away. - Although the cover fits well on my frame, it’s not tight enough that it eliminates the wrinkles in the corners. - The fasteners clamped on the cover get in the way of the legs when pulling them out or laying them flat against the board. I’m unable to lay the legs completely flat. - The main reason I knocked off a star on my review is because I do not think the padding for this cover is 6mm as the vendor claims. I measured it with a ruler and it’s about half. I could feel the honeycomb texture of the frame when I ran my hand lightly over the cover so I kept the padding from my old cover and placed it under this cover to give it more cushion. I figured a little bit of cushion, even from a very worn out pad would make a difference, and it actually does. I paid $10.99 for this product so regardless of the cons, it’s still a great deal.

This cover fit my ironing board perfectly and tight. Ie even came with 2 extra elastic straps for a tighter fit.

Excellent pad and quality thickness! A word of caution regarding cutting and installation...after I traced my ironing board top onto the pad, I measured an extra inch all the way around, using that for the cut line. Doing so, allows the sides to be "wrapped and padded" as well, making the pad less likely to "bunch up!" I was planning on cutting it bigger and this method was actually concurred when I asked Rufus for installation instructions...advising to "extend slightly past the edges so the pad wraps around" as included in the "Cut-to-Size" directions. It would be nice if instructions were included with the pad to clarify this fact! Tailor's chalk is quite thin and crumbles, but fine for a "one-time-use" project. Overall great product, as all ironing board covers I've encountered recently are way too thin and put "board pattern" wrinkles and impressions on garments. I'm giving a 5-stars rating, despite installation omissions! It's not a perfect world after all...as we know!!!

Fit my over the door ironing board, perfect. It has draw strings to snug it up tight. Thickness is good and the color very nice.

I tend to use my mini-wall ironing board most of the time. The ironing pad was so worn out that it no longer stayed in place. Couldn’t find a pad in any store. I was thrilled when I was able to get it through Amazon. And even more so when I saw the quality, the fit and the ease I now have when ironing.

Item arrived in good time and well packaged. Fits my little ironboard perfectly and has been brilliantly useful.
