How big is it? Height? Nose to tip of tail? I see everything but that. Thanks.

He is approx. 6" tall. I can't measure from his nose to the tip of his tail because he comes in two pieces in the packaging. I will do my best to measure but it will not be exact. I am going to say that he is approx. 17" long from nose to tip of tail.

Does it need batteries?

Hello, it does not use batteries the jaws are controlled pushing the button on the back of the T Rex. Thank you.

Does it have a scan code for the jurassic world app?

nope. this was the old one that came out with the moive around the same time..

Does it stand by itself?

Unfortunately no. It's front heavy as are most of the models of T-Rex. The tail has to be snapped onto the body and if it were filled with silicon(like tub caulking or similar) it might then be balanced. I have not tried this since the tail is not removable once it is assembled.
