I like it very much. It’s very sharp and I don’t have to struggle with cutting tomatoes. I would be interested in buying a size larger, but couldn’t find what I wanted.

I recently purchased this for a good friend of mine that had a ceramic knife of the past that broke. He has really enjoyed using this. It’s very sharp and cuts well.

The knife preforms great…super sharp. The only thing is the tip is not there. Maybe a manufacturer error. I did reach out but I never had a response. I kept the knife because like I said…Super Sharp!

This knife is easy to use. With its white blade and colorful handle I find myself choosing it frequently. It is light weight and feels good in your hand. The ceramic blade is very sharp. Because the VOS knife is new to me, I use a glove on my left hand (I’m right-handed) to steady the items I’m cutting. This is always a good practice. The blade doesn’t stain, which is nice. And I wash it by hand, although it could go in a dishwasher I guess. However, there is a warning that it can chip if dropped or used to cut bone or other hard item. I always keep it in its sheath when not in use. I really love my VOS knife.

I have Shun knives, but this ceramic knife is fantastic also, and less expensive

Arrived with the tip filed down. Brand new, never used, you can tell by the bevel on the tip this is not a chip. But they have excellent customer service

Ridiculous. I ordered the knife twice. Both times the knife arrived with the tip broken. I had to return twice. Once I thought was a fluke… but twice??? This product is poorly made or poorly packaged.

The VOS Knife Blade is very Sharp. The point is broken or has been ground off. The appearance is shabby because of the lack of symmetry at the Point. Please replace or credit me. Regards

sharpest kinife ever used and wondefully balanced

Love this knife, cuts so smooth and doesn’t squish like some knives even after being sharpened. I am nervous about fragility since this is my first ceramic knife but it makes me want to leave my Henckles in the block

Thought this knife would be super sharp, slice through paper and be light and easy to use. It is actually very heavy and requires pressure to slice vegetables and salad. Nice presentation box but not what I expected from the description.

Das Messer ist nicht besonders scharf. Ich bin auf Kyocera umgestiegen. Die sind zwar viel teurer, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck.
