It worked well in Italy but not at all in France. The word "Universal" made me believe it would work in all European countries. I should have done more research before buying this one.

This travel adapter was great! I used it in the airport in London, during my time in Mozambique, and while I was in South Africa. I used it to charge all of my electronics. Unfortunately, I left the product in an unlocked compartment of my suitcase traveling from Mozambique to South Africa and it was stolen. I will be purchasing another one for my next trip this spring.

I used this in Italy and it was perfect. I wish it had two USB connections but honestly it was just great to also have the ability for all my US plugs.

I used this in Sorrento, Rome, Florence and Venice. Had no problems at all. Worked well.
