I purchased this eye mask at the request of my doctor for pending eye surgery. It works great. Elastic band stays firm on the head. I have not needed it for swelling of the eyes but one can place it in the microwave if needed. I use it for holding my eye patch. It shuts out the light really well.

Delivery took a while, but it did come from the UK, so it was to be expected. I love this mask. I heat it up in the microwave and apply it to my eyes and the mask itself is comfortable enough to fall asleep in, totally blocks light.

I have blephartis and I have experienced some relief after using the eye mask. My eyes are less gritty and I have more tear production.

I've purchased 3 over the years and this eye relief patch is perfect to help sore and dry eyes.

i just received the package several minutes ago. I am really disappointed with the package. It came in with a big outer brown paper bag however the masks and wipes all scattered and dropped out of the original boxes. Eyes are every sensitive to any bacteria, the mask even has no plastic bag to ensure it is clean. I can't believe this is the quality from eye doctor. i have to wash the masks before i feel comfortable to put it on my eyes....so no comment about how it is while using. This is also the reason why i still give 3 now. Hope this is still a good product though it came in bad package.

My optometrist suggested this microwavable herbal eye compress mask a few years ago, and it’s still just as effective as the first day I used it. I use it daily and it’s been incredibly soothing and reliable. It even became a little ritual at home. My cat loves to sit on my chest while I’m using it and rests her head on my face like she’s copying me. One time I made the mistake of letting her try it, and now she expects it every time I use mine. I demand that you guys make one for cats so my cat can leave mine alone

Does what it is supposed to do (used for heat), but smells very “chemically.” Can actually irate my eyes if left on too long.

Like the fact the exterior can be washed. I take caution to put the satin side toward the soft side of Velcro so it doesn’t snag. I also use a paper towel against my eyes when using to minimize needed washing.

Perfect for dry eye/blepharitis. Used twice a day for two weeks and quickly felt the benefits. Now just use twice a week as maintenance. Easy to use, although I found it didn’t heat up as much as expected, so tend to microwave for approx 5 secs longer than suggested. The fit is good and should suit most users. I haven’t needed to wash it yet so can’t comment on how it fared.

Compact, easy to use and effective. Heats up easily in a micro onde and retains the heat well.
