Perfect for postpartum but can be tight on legs
Best for after a C section! Does go far enough up my stomach that it doesnt rub my incision the wrong way however it can get “stuck” under my c section shelf but not painful and isnt tight to cause any weird sensations. The material is thin enough to wear under regular clothing. Only complaint is the thigh area is not very wide/stretchy, I have average to somewhat thicker thicks and it can be tight around that area and roll up. I do have to adjust it a lot when laying down due to the tightness in that area.

Perfect c-section underwear!
These are by far the best c-section underwear I have tried. They hold up well without being too overbearing, and are very comfortable. The coverage and support is definitely the best I have experienced when it comes to postpartum underwear. I have repurchased these several times.

So comfy after a c-section
I loved these after my C-section. They are stretchy, soft, snug (in a good way), and just really nice to wear. They always stayed up, never shifted or rolled down, and felt like they were providing a little compression support. Nothing like the belly band but just enough to make my incision feel supported. They went up so high on my stomach that I didn't have to worry about my incision at all as it was always fully covered. The only downside was that my regular period pads that I switched to after the heavy bleeding slowed were too sticky. They ended up pulling at the underwear in such a way when I was removing them that I had to change the underwear more often than I wanted because the crotch was getting destroyed. The bulky pads from the hospital didn't do the same, they were easy to remove. So just something to keep in mind. I do wish I had brought them to the hospital with me and switched from the mesh ones sooner. Oh well, you can learn from my mistake.

Comfortable and Supportive Postpartum Underwear for C-Section Recovery
Pros: • High-waisted design avoids pressure on C-section incision • Soft, stretchy, and breathable fabric • Seamless for comfort under clothes • Disposable for convenience during recovery • Stays in place without rolling down Cons: • Disposable nature means they can add up in cost over time • Not as absorbent as dedicated postpartum pads (best paired together)

Suited my needs
These were so much better than the mesh hospital underwear. For background, I had a C Section BUT I lived in the hospital for 10 days prior to with a constant amniotic fluid leak due to my water breaking early (Premature Rupture of Membranes). These gave my skin much needed relief from the horribly itchy hospital version. They fit bulkier, wider pads beautifully and are fairly stretchy. They did feel a bit snug around the legs but I can't complain much otherwise. I would recommend them. I do feel like they rip a bit easily though so be gentle when pulling them up

Great for postpartum
This underwear is a blessing made by Frida Mom. It makes postpartum recovery so easy, especially since I had a C-section. I didn't have to worry about bloody underwear; if any mishaps occurred, it could be disposed of, and, not to mention, it is cotton.

Not for plus size women
Not for plus size women. Pre pregnancy I wore an xl & during pregnancy I could wear either xl or xxl. I got these after I had an emergency c-section because the disposable hospital underwear were mesh boy shorts & rolled up, but they fit. These I had a difficult time pull up past my butt & they are tight on the thighs. The quality is really nice, they're soft & would be comfortable if they were bigger in the thigh area. They do pull up past my incision & don't roll down. I would recommend these to anyone unless they're on the heavier side.

Parfait 👍

BUY THESE
These were the most incredible underwear post c-section. They are much softer than my cotton ones and they have no elastic, so no irritating the scar. They hold maternity pads really well. Honestly, I've told everyone I know to get these. Even if you don't know if you'll have a c-section, get them. Completely worth it.

A must-have postpartum essential—especially after a C-section
As a first-time mum, I had no idea what I would really need for the hospital. You read so many lists and see what other people buy, but it’s hard to know what will actually be useful. These Frida Mom disposable knickers turned out to be an absolute must. I had a cesarean section with my twins, and while the surgeons do try to remove most of the blood and tissue during the procedure, you still bleed afterward (they told me it’s usually less than after a natural birth). These knickers were such a blessing—not just at the hospital, but at home too. I’m now 2 weeks postpartum and still using them. I weighed around 99kg at birth and I’m currently about 86kg. The fit can be a little snug on the thighs at first, but they sort of “break in” and become more comfortable as you wear them. They’re stretchy and soft, and I honestly prefer this combo over wearing my own big underwear with a pad. I love the convenience of just tossing them at the end of the day—one less thing to think about. I know some people might not want to wear them for as long as I have, but for me, it’s all about making life easier right now, and these have done exactly that. It doesn’t rub on my scar either. Highly recommend to any new mums, whether you’re having a vaginal birth or a C-section—add these to your hospital bag!
