I bought five and all my nephews loved them. They have fun and show off what they've learned at school. Plus, it's very lightweight, so they take it everywhere and their parents avoid giving them their tablets or phones. A great option!

I bought this Flueston LCD writing tablet for my child, and it has been a fantastic purchase. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and keeps my little one entertained without the mess of paper, crayons, or markers. This is 2nd grandchild gift. First was well received so kid#2 now has one. It’s sturdy and easy to operate. Let’s child draw here rather than on furniture or walls. It could only improve with individual colors rather than pre-designed sections of color but I don’t think kids bothered since young. Price is nice. Kids can show work and conversations stimulated with grandparents.

This writing tablet works great and is a fantastic value for the price. The screen is clear, easy to use, and erases with the push of a button. It keeps kids entertained without wasting paper and is perfect for doodling, notes, games, or practicing writing. Low cost, simple, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very happy with this purchase!

The kids haven’t used them yet, but I tried them out, and so far, they function fine. HOWEVER, getting the stylus cord attached to the tablets (I bought two) was VERY DIFFICULT and TIME-CONSUMING. I corresponded with the seller about this problem – they seem to be in denial. Getting the stylus attached ended up taking over an hour on several days, and I was never able to simply thread the loop though the tiny holes which follow a 90-degree angle. The holes in the styluses are LARGER and run straight through – no problem. It seems completely impossible to thread that loop of cord through the angled holes, so I figured I’d poke something through, pass it through the cord loop and pull it back through. First, I tried a sewing tool for threading needles – it couldn’t make that angle even though it was very thin and flexible. Next I tried various gauges of bendable wire, but the wires couldn’t make it even if I bent them ahead of time. Then I tried fishing line, and that eventually worked, but it was still a struggle just to get the nylon line through the holes -- again the 90-degree angle makes it very frustrating. After passing the line through, I tied it onto the stylus loop and pulled it back through the holes, then untied the line and finished attaching the stylus cord. Interestingly, there are no photos in this listing that show the stylus cords actually attached to the tablets. Even the first image isn’t conclusive, as the stylus loop appears to simply be positioned behind the corner of the tablet. If the seller wants kids to refrain from using things like pencils and ballpoint pens, they need to make it easier to attach the stylus to the tablet. Heard from the children's mom that these tablets are still working a full year later, and that the kids use them in the car every day, so I raised my star rating from 3 to 5.

This works with your finger or the pen, but the pen nicely attaches permanently to the pad and has a clickon boulder too. My 3 year-olds use this whenever we go to the restaurant they like it better than crayons. Has held up well, even though it is fairly thin, but that helps make it easy to take in my purse.

The writing is not a bright as I would like, but for the price, it's ok. I would rather it was like a chalk board with black background and white writing instead of the multi colors revealed when you draw on the black background. The colors are not bright enough and they are fixed in position. So whatever is being drawn is going to be multi-colored depending on what part of the screen you are drawing on. Not sure why that was chosen in design. Could have been five stars except for the color writing scheme. If it lasts, it will be ok, Otherwise its a negative 5. I gave it a 3 as it is easy to use and inexpensive enough to pass muster. I would use it to jot notes if my grand daughter doesn't like it.
