I often feel really hot at night, even with a fan blowing and had heard about these gel pillows but felt a little bit sceptical about them. After reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and buy them. These are great value as you get two for the price. I use one in my pillowcase and one on my feet as my feet always feel very hot. I have been pleasantly surprised! They really do work! They help to cool me down and are comfy too. Definitely worth the price and help me to sleep better.

I bought these to help in the hot weather at night. They are brilliant when you are warm and you just get into bed, but they do warm up when your head has been on them, so be prepared to find your own comfortable way to use them. I did put them in the pillow case initially, but then realised they can get a little warm where my head has been, so they become a little uncomfortable. I now just use one of them on the outside of the pillow and move it when it gets warm. Great to have 2 in the pack, as when one gets warm, I just swap them over. Definitely helps in the heat but they do warm a little

The 1 star for warmth is because this is a "cool" product. If it was warm, I wouldn't have ordered it. I ordered these as I have a tendency to overheat... just received the cool gel packs and opened to try .... I can feel the difference already 😨 I may well be ordering more, to have in different rooms to make life easier and cooler 😎 😀 👌 Edited to add: I've used these mats throughout the summer and into autumn and they have been brilliant. As many reviewers advise they do suck up the heat after an hour or so, but I have two so I can just swap them out. Still 5 🌟 star

I mainly got this to help with headaches and overly hot head/neck at night. I put it in the fridge during the day and under pillow case at night. It is lovely and cool for a few hours, but inevitably i wake in the early hours and it's as warm as i am. i turn the pillow over for a while and then back later on when the gel has cooled again. Maybe the answer is to have one either side of the pillow?

Excellent at drawing heat from you whilst sleeping. Comfortable. Great price for 2 pads. Highly recommended. I will be buying another set as they absorb heat so well they get too warm so I need another set to have enough of them to last me through the night.

They work quite well for what's advertised. It does cool the skin pretty nicely for 10 minutes approx. Then the gel just gets warm and that's it. If it's close to a window, it extends its effect for a bit longer. If you do move a bit around the pad you do enjoy a bit more the cooling effect in a warm summer day, but that's all. It just works adequately.

I've used this as a laptop stand to make it more comfortable on my lap (it can get hot!) and also under a laptop on a desk to keep it cool in the heatwave we had a couple of weeks ago. I even froze it, to get more cooling, and it survived. I did try it a little to sleep on, in a pillow. It was OK for that too.

Bien frais sans être trop froid, et le reste tout au loin de la nuit, sans même avoir besoin d'être réfrigéré, très confortable et doux, idéale pour bien dormir en cette période de canicule. Il semble très solide, est assez large pour y poser la tête et même la tourner et la retourner. Je recommande, produit absolument parfait !

Pas mal du tout, dommage seulement que le gel durcisse au congélateur car mis au réfrigérateur, ça ne reste pas frais très longtemps. Malgré tout utile en temps de canicule. Rapport qualité-prix correct. Je recommande.

Pas vraiment ça, l'effet s'est pour moi estompé très, trop rapidement, même en le plaçant longtemps avant au réfrigérateur...
