Do you need helium for the balloons

I didn't have the balloons in the kit I ordered but have used these balloons before you just insert a straw and inflate and they self seal

Can I use a simple balloon hand pump to blow them up?

What do you use to blow up the ballons

You can just blow them up with the little straw that comes with them. There's a hole for it to go in. It's a little short so you have to wrinkle the foil.up a little. They don't float as they would with helium but they inflate really well still and Dave's you loads of money!
