Westcott 1937 Fast Flags 18 x 24 Inches Fast Flag Kit (Black)

I ordered this 1937 kit, but one of the flags was defective. I contacted Westcott's customer service but their curt emails were not particularly helpful. It seemed I could only get a replacement at my own cost, so if you want to buy this, I guess think of the price as more of a starting point and expect to pay even more if you get a bad product.However, I was happy with the quality of the non-defective flags, the frames, and the bag, so if you're willing to take a gamble, I suppose there's no reason not to order this kit. I value customer service and a manufacturer who stands behind their product, though, so I certainly will not buy or recommend any other products from Westcott, but I'm glad learned this lesson on a relatively inexpensive item.

Haven't had a chance to field test these yet but from what I can tell out of the box, I like them a lot. It is a little deceiving as the picture shows all 4 flags in a metal frame but it does only come with two. Not a deal breaker as I don't think I would be using more than two at a time. It's awesome that these fold up and they come in a decent, soft case. Much cheaper than buying these separately as easier to store and transport than non-foldable flags (obvious enough I guess).

Flimsy, overpriced. Picture shows each flag having its own frame. It only comes with 2 flag frames. Good selection of flag materials, but for what you get its too expensive, and misleadingly advertised as containing more than it does.

Really disappointed by the quality of these. Returned.

Saved my lighting for my short film!
