what are the ingredients?

I recommend you go to manufacturer website, Nutrional Supply Corporation, nsc24.com. ( I'm not exactly sure of ingredients.) I do know it has no fillers. I've been using NSC beta glucan for 15 years. Quality company, quality product.

How is 3mg going to do anything? To be useful don't you need 500mg per every 50 lbs of body weight?
