This arrived compressed and sealed. I carefully removed the packaging and it immediately expanded to the shape shown in the picture. It is the highest quality dense memory foam. It keeps its shape. It supports me as I exercise. There is no sinking and no sagging, yet it's "crazy good comfortable"!! It even has a soft white quilted zippered cover on it, which can be removed and washed. This is a super price for a top quality support pillow.

This pillow has saved my back. I sleep with it under my knees and it relieves the pressure off my back. No more pain when I wake up. It's so soft and comfortable. You can use in in Several different ways. I have put it behind my back while in a chair. Used it as a pillow, between my knees when laying on my side, and under my knees and it works great.

Comes shrink wrapped but after unwrapping came up to perfect size for in my recliner. Helps my back arch comfortably and enables me to sit in a good position. Am ordering a second one for my husband since he thinks its great too!

I got this to use in my Massage Therapy practice. My clients appreciate it and it is easy to use. Very comfortable. Only downside is that it is not water/oil resistant. I am still trying to find something to enclose it with that will fit well. Probably going to make something myself, but the bolster is perfect size and perfect cushion amount for clients in both supine and prone positioning.

This works great as knee separator when sleeping on your side. But it is worthless as a support under knees while sleeping on your back, goes totally flat. Does not help lumber at all. Most “support” pillows are like that. So I just unzipped it and added some dense filling that would not go flat, (old sweatshirt rolled up) and now it works better. Best support you can get without buying the ones that are specifically for massages therapy.

Inflated fully within 24 hours as advertised. Very soft, yet has great support. Use it between my legs when sleeping on my side and under my legs when sleeping on my back. Had a full hip replacement and a normal pillow had too much give. It works great. Even now using this pillow upright directly behind my spine on my desk chair while I work from home. My only negative is that the outer cover although washable does absorb some of the fibers from my flannel sheets and those don't wash out. I'm come back onto Amazon to buy an appropriate pillow case if I can find one.

This cushion is perfect for multiple positions, areas of the body, that I've used it for since I received it. I followed the instructions and waited a few days before using it once I unpacked it in order to let it get to it's proper shape and firmness. I only wish more were in stock so I could get a couple more. I love how versatile and comfy this is!

Purchased this product to help with my Restless Leg Syndrome. I needed something to prop them up during the RLS episodes. Box arrived super fast? Took out pillow and it only took 2 hrs to come to complete shape after removed from vaccine sealed bag. I expected a harsh scent..NOPE! Pillow Works perfectly! My jittery legs seemed to calm down once I used this pillow behind my knees so it’s perfect for treating my RLS. I have been suffering with sinus headaches recently with pain starting at the base of the back of my head. Put this pillow behind my head and it applied a gentle pressure making my headache disappear! This pillow is not too soft or too hard, it’d just perfect! Thinking about getting the wedge pillow next for sleeping on my side. If it has the same type of quality, it should work like a charm! To be continued!!

I use this every night - sometimes under my knees other times between the knees. I can see many uses; for lumbar support or whatever. It’s somewhat softer than I expected, but it really helps me sleep so it’s probably exactly the right softness. I did not notice any chemical smell and the cover fits nice and snug. Excellent value.

I like that it is covered in a soft comfortable fabric and that the cushion is lightweight. The right height and width for back sleeping under the knees and side sleeping between the knees.

The pillow is useful for me after long hours of work. Smelly upon opening from the package but goes away in less than 24 hours. So far can't complain about it.

This lift has proven to be very comfortable, soft but firm and easy to use. Just the right height for under the knees to kept legs slightly bent to prevent stiff knees in the morning.

This is the pillow that I’ve been looking for a long time. It moles yet stays firm enough to support your legs on it to give you the proper alignment to sleep. It’s great for back and side sleepers. It’s a must if you suffer back pain. I highly recommend it, rating : 10/10
