What about the hub for the bearing will I need to change that out?

You'll need to remove them(old hubs) as the crank set comes with hubs to seat the sealed bearings.

What length is the spindle? 175 should be the length of the crankarm not the spindle. Should be shorter than the crankarms

The spindle that I received measures 0.749" (19.02mm) dia. x 5.423" (137.7mm) long.

does this come with bearings?

Yes, it has bottom bracket bearings, spacers, caps... Everything but the chainring and pedals
