Perfect for Pizza!
I made Neapolitan pizza with this for the first time yesterday and it was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this flour, it bakes very nicely and the texture of the pizza dough was so chewy and crispy on the edges. Perfect!

Love this flour it is pricey but worth it. Makes great homemade pizza dough and bread. Texture is light and works well. Will definitely be buying again.

Love this flour!
This flour works great for baking all sorts of things! Sourdough, cakes, cinnamon rolls, cookies.. etc! Easier to digest than most common all purpose flour, kind of like einkorn, but easier to work with and produces softer, more fluffy baked goods.

Pricey, But Great Flour
I bought this to make sourdough pizza crusts, and it worked beautifully. It is pricey, but since I can't find it locally, I was willing to pay more for this flour than for artisan or high protein flours meant more for loafs.

Good Stuff!
Good stuff! Great for good bread! After reading some of these reviews I thought I would mention always freeze your flour for 3 or so days after getting it. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY WEEVILS IN ANYTHING ORDERED FROM AMAZON, but weevils are pretty common especially in the south and/or warmer areas. Safeway flour, Albertsons flour, or any other flour always has a chance to have them. Living in the south we basically just sifted them out and used the flour. Freezing the flour kills eggs and adults (if any) and you do not have to worry about them spreading. I do think larger companies take this precaution already, but it does not hurt verify.

Game Changing!
Makes all the difference in the world! I was skeptical as to whether or not flour could really make a difference in my baking but now I will only buy European flour. The first thing you notice is the size of the bag, it's so much smaller than a 2 lb bag you buy at the grocery store. I even double checked the packaging thinking I had received the wrong thing. Once you open it, the texture is amazing. The best thing I can compare it to is glitter. There's regular glitter and then there's superfine glitter. This is superfine glitter. Next, was my dough. I made a sourdough round and the dough was perfect. It mixed better, it rose better, and the bread baked with more lift, it was amazing. You have to try this stuff - it will change your baking forever.
