Bellows Latex Neck Seal for Drysuit Trimmable

Fit as expected. Proper thickness.

Bought the neck gasket to replace a failing Kokatat drysuit. Price is pretty good; fit is slightly different but acceptable since this is not specifically made for my drysuit. I had repaired another Kokatat drysuit a month ago with a Kokatat gasket and it was a better match where the gasket attaches to the drysuit, not as wavy fit at the flared end. However, it still works since latex is stretchable and I was able to form a good seal. My only major disappointment is that the manufacture date is 2016, which at time of purchase, is already 8+ years old; so hopefully it will last. The gasket bought from Kokatat was manufactured in 2024.

Have used these on several occasions now for a few folks and they are great replacements! Don’t be fooled by the number on the inside, it’s just a reference number, not the actual date of manufacture.

This neck seal worked perfectly on a used Kokatat drysuit I bought on marketplace. My neck is 13-1/2" and this neck seal is rated for 11 to 14-1/2 in. I tried it on with the original 11" and my face turned blue, haha! In the end I cut off five rings and it fits me perfectly, I don't even notice it when I'm wearing it but it is definitely well sealed. It's still incredibly hard to get off as it should be, but I'm very happy with it. I made my own wood tool after looking at a picture online and covered it with thin cutting board material rather than wrapping it with waxed paper. I used GEAR AID Aquaseal FD also purchased on Amazon. I highly recommend this as a drysuit repair solution!

Didn't last long

Worked great on my Kokatat Large dry suite. So far it has been on for 1 full season and still holden strong.

A little thicker than the stock Kokatat neck seal. I got that nice purple face until I trimmed about 4 lines worth off. I do have a big head.
