Delicious Taste and Cooks Well
I've used this is oatmeal, cooking eggs, vegetables - has a sweeter taste and it goes on well. I know I'm getting my healthy values in this oil, too. Adding more - this so delicious and so well made, I think, it's my favorite oil to date.

Great for sensitive skin
I have very sensitive skin. So sensitive if my skin comes in contact with any type of lotion with bad ingredients, I get rashes and bumps all over my legs and back. I also have very dry skin and everything combined was miserable. Sunflower oil was recommended to use with another lotion with ceremides. My skin was healed and smooth within days.

Plastic bottle
I gave this 3 stars and I would rather give it 0 stars. This comes in a plastic bottle. Disappointing. I haven’t used it yet so I can’t give stats on the taste or texture. I make my own butter and this is one of the ingredients need. I’m always disappointed when something potentially healthy comes wrapped in PFAS.

No heavy aroma
I haven’t used this oil for cooking yet, although I think it would be a good choice if you don’t want a lot of flavor from your oil. I used this with beeswax to make a spoon butter for my wooden utensils and it worked out very well! I highly recommend!!
