It Does a Great Job!
The KUNHEWUHUA Milkshake Maker makes fine Milkshakes. It does a great job with hard or soft ice cream. Having been a Soda Jerk at a drugstore Soda Fountain for a summer when I was young, I used commercial mixers to make tastey milkshakes. The KUNHEWUHUA holds it's own!

I use it for more than smmothies or shakes
The motor seems a little underpowered for milkshakes using frozen ice-cream. I use it for blending eggs for scrambled eggs and omelets. It helps make a very fluffy omelet. It helps to move the ice-cream from the freezer to the refrigerator about a half-hour before making the milkshakes. I like the two speed motor as the high speed for some uses make the liquid too frothy. Overall I'm satisfied with the machine. Cheaper machines would not standup to making shakes for a family gathering. I would have given four stars except for the motor power.

Not enough power
If you're just mixing liquids this is a good mixer but if you're looking to use it for actually making shakes it's not powerful enough. Even on high the icecream bogs it down and this is with milk in it.

Pretty Good & Worth It
The motor is a little weak, but much quieter than a blender. It takes longer than I expected it would to make a milkshake, which was our primary purpose for this purchase, but the final milkshake result is definitely better than if in a blender - more like an ice cream shop than a kitchen blender made milkshake

Will bind up making milk shakes and is not a commercial product.
Product was very poorly put together. Cap for motor and gasket was installed crooked and it kept binding up when trying to make a milk shake, I for sure would NOT call this a commercial product that would be a stretch. May be ok for maybe mixing a drink up but forget crushing ice not happening I would not buy this product and have returned it .
