I posted an earlier critical review in error. it was meant for a different unit that was returned and replaced with this one. This one is a nice unit. Not too big. Clear projection. Temp indoor and outdoor monitors work well. Recommend.

I have had 4 or 5 projection clocks over the years. This one set up quickly and easily. The instruction manual was right on but only very small print, that's why only a 4 star. Lots of info on the face of the clock and the projection is great - very bright on my bedroom ceiling. Would buy again at this great price.

I love the display on my ceiling. No turning over to look... and the temperature display is cool. I only wish it displayed the cool clouds and wind direction on the ceiling as well. Solid clock.

It's pretty difficult to figure out to set the time. And, in order to set the alarm, you have to click through all the options on the clock, one at a time, to get to the alarm setting, and the buttons don't always work so it makes it more difficult to click through everything to change the alarm time. I started setting my phone alarm at the same time for the first time in my life, just easier. Did I mention the time is hard to set? (Insert eye roll) When daylight savings time came, I was never able to get the time correct again. The last alarm clock I had the atomic settings which worked fine, and I assume this one does too, cause it has a mind of it's own. It kept the same time until daylight savings came around. I went through the hassle of setting it, only for it to be either 1, 2 or 3 hours off in the morning. Depended on the day. Good thing my phone alarm is reliable. This one is going in the trash as soon as I can find one easier to operate, and that is dependable.

I previously had a projection clock that I loved but it eventually wore out. So looking for a new one I tried this clock. The face of the clock is large enough to read. It does project on the ceiling so should I wake at night I can see the time. My problem is in order to see the face of the clock, I have to place it on the night stand at the head of my bed and project the time on the ceiling. The last one I had, I was able to place it on my dresser and see the face and the projection on the ceiling was in the right direction to read. If I do that with this clock, I am not able to see the face of the clock because I must turn it so the projection on the ceiling is readable. If I face the clock so I can read the face, the projection is upside down. That is my only dissatisfaction.

Hard to set but once I got it it was really nice

This Little Giant is another great product from the Dr. Prepare line of products; it has one of the brightest projections I've seen. With both time and IN and OUT temperature projected on the ceiling or wall 24 hours. I bought two of these units for each bedroom. One other great feature is the Phone Charger which makes it very convenient. Just keep in mind this clock stops projection every day around 2 am for a few minutes while it resets itself for the proper time, you can momentarily override this feature by touching the top of the unit which allows the projection to work. Nicely design with all features an alarm clock can offer and more, this clock is reasonably priced and I highly recommend it.

Parts of it doesn’t work but projection and outdoor temperature is what I needed so I kept it and ordered another one for backup. The face does not lite and projection seems to shut off for 4 minutes about once a hour but outdoor temp is accurate.
