Disaster Guide for Emergency Preparedness Kit – Waterproof Wildfire, Earthquake & Hurricane Survival | 12 Disasters | Pocket Tool for Families | Bug Out Bag Essential | Made in USA

We have this deck in each of our vehicles. It's a quick, handheld reference for what to do in the case of a natural disaster. These are the ones we use for the area we live. The information is clear, well organized, and to the point. We appreciate having professional advice to keep our family safe in the palm of our hands, exactly when we need it, no internet or electricity required.

These are very useful to keep in your pocket, glove box or purse. It is basic info but if you're prone to panic and afraid you may when the time comes, these will help you find the info you need at the time you need it. Hard plastic cards. Highly recommend them!

So, this deck wasn't exactly what I anticipated. I'll definitely still hold onto it for my family to utilize, but a lot of it is what I'd consider common sense. I was actually hoping for more info such as fire and shelter building, tips for survival hunting and gathering, etc. That's likely my fault for not reading into the specific info enough to realize it didn't have this info. The cards are a sturdy plastic that are easy to read and seem like they'll hold up well if they get wet or dirty. If you're looking for portable advice on how to deal with situations like earthquakes, tornadoes, etc (i.e. where to avoid to, what to avoid) these cards will be most useful to you.

These were great to teach my kids what to do in a disaster

The quality of these cards is fantastic. They are all the size and thickness of a credit card and beautifully printed. This is a great way to prepare for emergency situations. I intend to get this out and review each card with my family; although, probably not all at once, because there are so many situations to be advised of. I feel whomever came up with this was inspired.

A lot of information on these cards were things I already knew. However... I bought them for my college children and they may not know, or may need it in the moment. I also think this would be good to bring when traveling since you may experience different emergencies than at home. For example, I know what to do for a tornado since I live in the mid-west, But if I traveled to California or Florida I don't know what to do for an earthquake or hurricane.

The information is VERY BASIC. Might be good for including kids in the preparedness process.

I got this for my bug out bag. Mostly because where I live there are earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, fires, etc. I like that it is designed to help keep you calm because I didn't do so well with the fires this year. It isn't all inclusive, it's just practical advice for what to do in a particular emergency.

Handy cards to help you know what to do or how to prepare for an emergency. Pocket-size. Laminated. No more guessing. A+++
