Nothing looks like or taste like Christmas than a platter of small toasts with this caviar on it.It is lump-fish caviar after-all, so it is quite salty but it does not have the oily feel real caviar has, if you ever experienced the real thing.It makes for a fun appetizer for the holidays and i have been getting it for years, never disappointed.If you can get both colors, it also adds some fun to the platters.Kids always enjoy it and have fun pretending to eat real caviar.

Good, but too salty
This lumpfish caviar is good, but really too salty. Nice taste, and possible to use it to make nice hors d'oeuvre.
